AttnDance app for iPhone and iPad

ATTNDANCE is a mobile app specialized for small and growing Groups to keep track of their members information, organization and participations. It’s not only limited to Dance Groups but also applicable for any type of groups that may fit the features this app may serve.

MAIN FEATURES:
This app’s main features are Groups, Members, Subgroups, Activities and the Attendance

GROUPS - Users may create a group or multiple groups. If the user has many affiliations of Dance Groups, Fraternity, Church Group, Bands, Class or the like, he or she may add each of these, name the group and include some information for each and manage them conveniently.

MEMBERS - Users may add members that is part of each group and include their photo and information about the member like nickname, fullname, birthday, address and more.

SUBGROUP - After having the group and members created, users may add a subgroup and choose among the members who are part of the subgroup. Subgroups could be Core Members, Trainees, Officers or could be anything with many possiblities.

ACTIVITIES - Users can create an Activity that can indicated either it’s a Training, Meeting, Lecture or Any custom type. It’s required to include Date and Time for this Activity and could add more information like name of this Activity, location and description.

ATTENDANCE - After creating and selecting an Activity, users may mark Present, Absent, Late or Excused on each of the member on every Activity. Users may also switch between Subgroups to see how many present and absent on a particular Activity


EXTRA FEATURES:
- Users can share a Group to another user so the other user may manage the Group, Subgroups, Members, Activities, and check Attendance.
- The App saves some of the data being downloaded while the app is connected to the internet and may be accessed later on Offline and still can check attendance without a connection. And these changes will be synced to the cloud database.
